Broken Oak Ranch

Blitz-built 32 x 50 weather-resistant, insulated steel sided horse barn with eight stalls, tack and feed rooms.

One of eight 10 x 12 foot native oak stalls designed for the safety of the horse. Stalls are cleaned daily.

A 10-foot wide cement aisle designed with cross-ties and abundant lighting provides a breezeway in the summer.

 Broken Oak Ranch has acres of grass pasture enclosed by thousands of yards of Electro-braid fence for the safety and security of the horses. If a horse should touch a fence, it emits electrical impulse that will discourage the horse from touching the fence again but won't harm the horse. Electro-braid is safer than wood or wire as it does not cause injury to a horse if it tries to get through the fence. It gives horses the sense of being free in their natural habitat. 

Ten x 20 foot, three-sided run-in sheds lined with native timber provide shelter for the horses.

Arena

80 X 160 foot outdoor arena provides room for horse and rider.  Well drained and well conditions footing for horses.  A great place to school or train horses for western or english events as well as jumping or dressage.
